In the Kingdom Hearts game franchise; Xigbar (voiced in Japanese by Hōchū Ōtsuka and in English by James Patrick Stuart) is one of the main antagonists. He is a free shooter, sniper, and number two in Organization XIII. From his twin Arrowgun rifles which he uses to redirect the projectile, Xigbar has power over space freely. He has long black hair in a low ponytail and streaked heavily with silver. One eye was injured and covered with an eyepatch while another eye was visible in vibrant gold and had a jagged scar underneath his good eye.
